1. Diner Privacy (Zero Logging)
We believe in high privacy standards for public visitors. When diners scan a table QR code and browse your menu, GSmart Menu does not track individual diner locations, device cookies, or email addresses. Page load requests do log standard diagnostic server hits (such as user-agent and requested timestamp) to preserve loading speeds, but this data remains completely anonymous.
2. Restaurant Account Data
When creating a restaurant management cockpit account, we collect the administrator's email, phone, store name, preferred currency, and dynamic category arrangements. This is secured on our central cloud servers using strict hashing and firewall parameters.
3. WhatsApp Cart Redirections
When a diner selects table orders and clicks "Send to WhatsApp", our scripts assemble the catalog details into a formatted text string. This string is handed directly to the web/mobile WhatsApp application API. KaniSmart/GSmart Menu does not capture or archive customer names or phone numbers entered during this redirection step.
4. First-Party Cookies
Our platform uses essential first-party sessions to handle merchant log-ins. We completely exclude third-party advertising tracking scripts or behavioral audience profiling on all diner-facing catalog URLs.
