Welcome to GSmart Menu. These Terms of Use govern your access to the GSmart Menu Digital QR Catalog platform (gsmartsolution.com) and associated restaurant menu widgets. By registering a shop menu catalog, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope and Catalog Storage

GSmart Menu provides dynamic contactless dining catalog views for restaurants. Standard store templates generate localized static JSON flat files which are stored directly on our servers to enable 0ms local caching. The restaurant merchant is responsible for ensuring all food pricing details and availability statuses represent their actual dining room offerings.

2. QR Studio and SVG Vector Assets

The vector QR customizer provides downloadable SVG and PNG file wrappers containing the unique URL targeting your menu viewport. Merchants are advised to test physical prints with real camera applications before undertaking large-scale table vinyl printing or physical banner press runs.

3. Contactless WhatsApp Redirections

WhatsApp table ordering triggers direct cart serialization and launches the visitor's local WhatsApp application. GSmart Menu functions solely as a technological link and does not participate in billing collection, meal preparation, or local dining room delivery services.

4. Caches & Service Limits

To preserve maximum performance, GSmart Menu utilizes modern aggressive caches. Modifications made to the database panel (such as turning off category availability or updating dish pricing) will automatically trigger file system flushes. We reserve the right to audit or pause accounts displaying suspicious, high-volume server stress patterns.

5. Governing Law

These terms and all menu subscription relations are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
